He holds a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (1999) and has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2001.

Before joining PACT – OREY DA CUNHA in 2024 as a Consultant, he founded Fidel Franco, Alexandre Moreira & Renata Sequeira Advogados in 2002, with whom he continues to collaborate.

He practises law with a particular focus on civil, commercial, criminal and administrative offences law, providing legal advice to both companies and individuals on a general and ongoing basis, or supporting specific operations and transactions.

He has extensive experience in litigation, particularly in debt recovery proceedings, where he provides advice from the pre-litigation stage, maintaining continuous risk analysis in case management and always focusing on the rapid recovery of clients’ debts. He also has experience in litigation relating to various types of contracts (construction, tenancy, commercial, supply, sale and purchase, amongst others), both in the courts and through other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

He also provides comprehensive legal advisory services to housing estates, either directly or through clients specialising in their management and administration.
