She holds a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (2019) and a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University – Lisbon School (2022).

Attended the 5th Specialisation Course in Investment Funds at the Law Research Centre of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2022) and is currently attending the Postgraduate Course in Corporate Finance, Restructuring and Litigation at the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University – Lisbon School (expected completion in 2026).

She practises mainly in the area of tax law, advising corporate and individual clients, including on European and International taxation, with a particular focus on tax planning, tax and regulatory compliance, venture capital and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.

She has worked as a tax consultant at KPMG (Corporate Tax) and Ernst & Young (International Tax & Transaction Services), and as a lawyer at leading law firms, working in the tax law departments.

She has experience in corporate, asset and inheritance tax planning, as well as in tax due diligence, corporate restructuring and the structuring and monitoring of investment, real estate and financial transactions. She also advises on the identification and application of various tax benefits, on compliance with reporting obligations, and on tax litigation matters (administrative, judicial and arbitration phases).

She has been a member of the Bar Association since October 2024.
