Graduated in Law by the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2001), postgraduate In Urban Planning Law by the same faculty (2003) and master in Company Law by the University of Alcalá, Madrid, Spain (2006).

He has focused his professional practise in Civil Law, Commercial and Corporate Law, Real Estate, Tourism and Construction, acting as legal adviser and litigation lawyer. He also advises national and foreign clients in international commerce, and in developing, financing, and negotiating investment projects, in Portugal and abroad.

He also assists foreign private clients in obtaining a visa to enter and stay in Portugal, tax residency and negotiation of real estate investments.

Before founding PACT-OREY DA CUNHA, has was a founding partner of “PACT – Advogados” (2014), Partner in PSTM-Advogados (2011-2014), associate in the departments of Corporate Law and Real Estate in the Iberian law firm “Uría Menéndez – Proença de Carvalho” (2006 – 2011), and associate in the Portuguese law firm “Raposo Bernardo & Associados”, where he was in charge of the Madrid branch from 2003-2006.

He writes several articles on real estate, civil and commercial law, being a regular collaborator of the online publication “Out of the Box Thinking” specialised in Real Estate subjects.
