Law Degree from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Nova School of Law).

Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 2017.

In his professional practice, Tiago has specialised in corporate and commercial law. He also has experience in rural law, where he regularly collaborates with various international publications, such as the “CEDR Journal of Rural Law”, the Observatory of Legislation of the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture and the “Revista Española de Estudios Agrosociales y Pesqueros”.

Before joining PACT – OREY DA CUNHA, he worked as senior associate at Costa Pinto & Associados between 2022 and 2023, associate at the Iberian firm Antas da Cunha ECIJA between 2017 and 2021, and started his career at F. Castelo Branco & Associados (now Eversheds Sutherland FCB) in 2014.

Tiago is also currently a compliance officer at an investment company, sits on the board of the general meeting of several venture capital companies and investment funds and holds the positions of counsellor of the presidency at the Union Internationale des Avocats, national delegate (representing Portugal) at the Comité Européen de Droit Rural and member of the advisory board of the “Revista Española de Estudios Agrosociales y Pesqueros” (official bulletin of the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture).
